Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colorado) is under fire from an election clerk after the clerk, who is indicted on ten counts of misconduct, including attempting to influence a public servant and identity theft. Tina Peters served as an election clerk during the 2020 election and recently lost the GOP primary for Colorado Secretary of State.
